1) Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, connecting a wallet, or using the JellyFC Web3 Portal (the “Portal”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Portal. Where required by law, you also agree to supplemental terms and our Privacy Policy.

Core disclaimer: JellyFC is not responsible for any deposits, withdrawals, transfers, or custody of your coins or tokens. You are solely responsible for your wallets, private keys, seed phrases, and on-chain activity, including gas fees, failures, or chain events.

2) Eligibility

You must be 18+ and legally able to agree to these Terms. You may not use the Portal if you are subject to sanctions or otherwise prohibited by law.

3) Accounts, Wallets & Security

• Connect a self-custody wallet; JellyFC does not host or recover wallets.
• Never share your seed phrase or private keys. JellyFC will never ask for them.
• You are responsible for your credentials and all actions under your account and wallet connections.
• If you suspect unauthorized use, disconnect your wallet, rotate keys, and email [email protected].

4) Custody; Deposits, Transfers & Withdrawals

• Custody may be provided to facilitate balances, internal transfers, payouts, or settlements.
• Assets may be pooled (omnibus) with your beneficial interest tracked off-chain.
• You authorize JellyFC to move assets as reasonably necessary to run the Portal, settle transactions, collect fees, and comply with law.
• Credits/withdrawals may be delayed, queued, batched, reversed, or paused for security, maintenance, congestion, chain events, or compliance reviews.
• No bank custody or insurance (FDIC/SIPC) applies; network fees and minimums may apply.
• Unsupported assets/networks or wrong-address sends may result in permanent loss; recovery is not guaranteed.
• Unless expressly stated, JellyFC is not obligated to support forks/airdrops/staking.

5) Risks; No Advice

Crypto involves market, technology, and regulatory risks. Information shown (prices, APYs, rewards) is for information only and is not financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice.

6) Fees & Payments

Interface/service fees may be charged as shown in-app. You pay network (gas) fees. Fees are generally non-refundable.

7) Promotions (Faucets, Games, Airdrops)

Rewards and points are provided “as-is,” may be modified, capped, delayed, clawed back for abuse, or discontinued, and are not guaranteed or owed.

8) User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

• Do not violate laws or third-party rights or use the Portal for laundering, fraud, terrorist financing, illicit gambling, or market manipulation.
• No malicious code, scraping, DDoS, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass limits.
• No infringing, defamatory, or unlawful content.

9) Compliance, KYC/AML & Sanctions

We may request identity or source-of-funds information or restrict access to comply with laws or obligations.

10) Taxes

You are solely responsible for taxes. JellyFC may provide informational statements where required.

11) Third-Party Protocols & Links

Third-party contracts, dApps, wallets, or sites are not controlled by JellyFC. Use them at your own risk and under their terms.

12) Intellectual Property

The Portal and its content are owned by JellyFC or licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Portal per these Terms.

13) Open Source / Community

Some components may be under open-source licenses. Those licenses govern in case of conflict.

14) Disclaimers

The Portal is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness, title, or non-infringement, or that it will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

15) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JellyFC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits/data/business, arising from your use or inability to use the Portal. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of $100 or the fees you paid to JellyFC in the three months before the claim.

16) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JellyFC and affiliates for claims arising from your use of the Portal, breach of these Terms, violations of law, or on-chain activity.

17) Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Waiver

• Class Action Waiver: Disputes are resolved individually, not as class/representative actions.
• Either party may seek temporary injunctive relief in court to protect rights pending arbitration.

18) Suspension; Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, including for violations, security reasons, or legal compliance. Sections that should survive will survive termination.

19) Changes

We may update the Portal or these Terms. Material changes will be signaled by updating the “Last updated” date or other reasonable notice. Continued use means acceptance.

20) Miscellaneous

• Severability: If a provision is invalid, the rest remains in effect.
• Assignment: You may not assign without consent; we may assign in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms are the complete agreement for the Portal.
