Item or Shipping Disputes (48-Hour Window)

If your item arrives damaged, incomplete, not as described, or tracking shows “delivered” but you have an issue, email [email protected] within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with the subject line:

Subject: DISPUTE – Order # [your order number]

Please include:

  • Your full name and the email used at checkout
  • Order number and tracking number
  • Delivery date (as shown by the carrier)
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos/videos of the shipping label, outer box, inner packaging, and the item (close-ups of any damage/defect)
  • Your preferred resolution (replacement/refund)
Important: Claims submitted after 48 hours or without required photos may be denied. Per policy, funds may be held until the dispute is resolved and/or the item is returned.
